bgo33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible via account notification. bgo33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any loss or damage shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms
